Japan is our neighboring country. Since 1991, I have visited Japan seven times, from Hokkaido to Okinawa, from Tokyo to Osaka to Hiroshima to Fukuoka, and I have traveled almost all over the island country. From Japan’s top politicians, to famous entrepreneurs, mainstream media people, from ordinary citizens, to students in Japan, journalists stationed in Japan, I have generally contacted and exchanged, but also made a lot of Japanese friends, leaving a lot of good memories.
I deeply feel that it is very important to enhance the friendship and cooperation between the two countries by strengthening the communication between the people of the two countries and promoting mutual understanding through traveling and sightseeing! The Chinese nation and the Yamato nation are both excellent peoples of the world, and both should make their due contribution to the peace and development of the world.
China and Japan in history, although there has been a short-term hostility, but most of the time is a friendly get along with each other, mutual exchanges, learn from each other’s strengths and weaknesses, on the economic development between the two countries and cultural intermingling played a far-reaching role in history. It can be said that the lessons and shadows of the history of China and Japan will be correctly absorbed and effectively resolved in the course of increased contacts, close cooperation and deeper understanding between the two peoples, and that cooperation, development, friendship and well-being between the two countries will surely have a long history and an unlimited future.
