Hefei, the population is over 10 million
Hefei, finally as expected, joined the club of cities with a population of ten million.

Why Hefei is so strong

Why is Hefei so tough?

Leveraging the momentum with strong provincial capitals

In Anhui, Hefei’s population grows by 219,000, but for the first time, Anhui’s population enters negative growth in 2023, decreasing by 60,000. of the 16 cities, four grow, one stays flat, and 11 decrease.

However, there is nothing wrong with this. As I keep emphasizing, there is really no good or bad thing about strong provincial capitals and balanced development models, only whether they are suitable or not.
